We are seeking a full-time Chief Revenue Officer to lead and drive our revenue strategies from our headquarters in Goshen, NY. In this on-site role, you will oversee sales operations, develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets, and identify opportunities for business expansion. You will be responsible for leading the sales team, managing key accounts, and overseeing lead generation initiatives. The Chief Revenue Officer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and foster strong relationships with clients to drive growth.

• Proven expertise in Lead Generation and Sales to drive revenue and develop successful approaches for customer acquisition.
• Experience in Account Management and building strong, lasting client relationships that support business growth.
• Proficiency in Strategic Planning to create and execute long-term revenue growth strategies.
• Strong background in Sales Operations, including process improvement and performance metrics tracking.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing sales team.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments to drive results and achieve organizational objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience in the healthcare or technology industry is highly preferred.
