The Valet is responsible for greeting residents, guests, and visitors, providing courteous assistance, and safely managing vehicle parking and retrieval. Daily tasks include coordinating drop-off and pick-up of vehicles, maintaining orderly traffic flow in designated areas, and ensuring that parking spaces are used efficiently. The Valet also responds to questions, offers directions or assistance within the property, and communicates any concerns to onsite management or administration. - Valet Parking skills, including safe driving, careful vehicle handling, and efficient organization of parking and vehicle retrieval.
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with residents, guests, and team members, and to relay information clearly to management.
- Basic Administration skills for recording vehicle information, managing keys, and following site procedures and documentation requirements.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to operate a variety of vehicles, including manual transmission if needed.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods, and to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable punctuality, professional appearance, and adherence to safety and confidentiality standards.
- Previous experience in valet, hospitality, customer service, or property management settings is preferred but not required.
