The Role

We need a Growth Marketer who drives both self-serve signups AND enterprise deals. 80% execution, 20% strategy. You'll run experiments all day while feeding our sales team qualified demos.

Your Week

  • Run 5 growth experiments across paid, organic, viral channels
  • Generate 1000 self-serve signups AND 20 enterprise demos
  • Optimize funnels: awareness → activation → revenue → retention
  • Ship landing pages, in-app prompts, email campaigns that convert
  • Track every dollar from first touch to closed deal

What You'll OwnCustomer Acquisition

  • Drive signups through PLG motions
  • Generate qualified demos for enterprise sales
  • Build viral loops, free tools, referral programs
  • Master paid channels: Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit
  • Test unconventional channels before competitors find them

Funnel & Performance

  • Increase free-to-paid conversion
  • Own all metrics: CAC, LTV, MQL→SQL, churn
  • Build attribution models that actually work
  • Ship weekly experiments that compound growth

Retention & Expansion

  • Cut churn through smart interventions
  • Identify self-serve users ready for enterprise upgrades
  • Build programs that turn customers into advocates
  • Increase LTV through expansion revenue plays

You're Perfect If You

Must Haves

  • 3-6 years crushing growth for B2B SaaS (both PLG and sales-led)
  • Proven track record: real revenue, not vanity metrics
  • Hands-on with tools: ads platforms, analytics, CRM, SQL
  • Love being in the weeds, not just strategizing
  • Understand unit economics for both self-serve and enterprise

Nice To Haves

  • MarTech or AI product experience
  • Active in growth communities
