WHAT DOES AN TEAM COACH DO? *

• Support and assist in the development of all Xcel Team Levels
• Communicate openly, directly and positively with parents, children, and co-workers
• Help children develop physically & mentally by learning things like independence, esteem, and patience.
• Be a positive and encouraging influence on each child
