Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician with 6–10 years of residential and light commercial service experience. The ideal candidate is a skilled troubleshooter who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and is committed to providing outstanding service.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
- Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly to customers
- Complete service documentation accurately and professionally
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Participate in on-call rotations as needed
- Uphold company standards for customer service, professionalism, and workmanship
- Represent Wright Way Air positively in customers' homes and businesses
Qualifications Required
- 6–10 years of HVAC service experience (REQUIRED)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls
- Excellent customer communication skills
- EPA Certification
- Journeyman or Master Mechanical License (REQUIRED)
Preferred
- Experience with residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Experience with boilers, rooftop units, and commercial equipment
