Wright Turf is seeking a dependable, and detail -oriented team member to support daily customer service sales and routing operations
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with orders
- Enter and process customer orders accurately
- Prepare routing information and delivery maps for drivers
- Complete shipping tickets and order documentation
- Communicate order details clearly between customers and drivers
- Provide general office and administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred some college a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using a multi-line phone system, computer, and basic office software
- Ability to stay organized in a fast paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Basic map/navigation or willingness to learn routing tools
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
