Mobile phlebotomist serving patients in Northwest Indiana homes and long-term-care facilities, typically 6-10 visits/day.


Pay: $25-$30 per patient visit plus $1 per mile.


Duties:

- Venipuncture and fingerstick draws, urine collection

- Vitals/intake and telehealth setup

- Labeling, centrifuging and transporting specimens per OSHA

- Documentation and chain of custody

- HIPAA-compliant communication via RingCentral


Requirements:

- HS diploma/GED

- Phlebotomy certification (CPT/NRCPT) preferred

- 1 yr phlebotomy experience (geriatric draws a plus)

- Valid Indiana driver's license, reliable vehicle, auto insurance

- Clean driving and background record

Salary : $25 - $30
