Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Munster, IN, with the flexibility to perform some tasks from home. The Clinical Manager will oversee day-to-day clinical operations, ensure quality of care delivery, and provide leadership to healthcare staff. Responsibilities include managing home care services, implementing quality improvement strategies, coordinating training for clinical team members, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Clinical Operations and ensuring seamless patient care delivery
- Proficiency in Training and mentoring healthcare staff to enhance team performance and compliance
- Strong understanding of best practices in Home Care and familiarity with home healthcare regulations
- Knowledge and experience in Medicine and clinical practices to support patient needs effectively
- Expertise in Quality Improvement to maintain and enhance care standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus
- Active and unencumbered RN or other relevant clinical licensure in the state of Indiana
- Previous experience managing or leading a clinical team is highly desirable
- high intensity communication skills are a must
