We are looking for an individual who can manage one of our gymnastics and NinjaZone facilities. The facility director must understand and support how our day to day business operates, ensures efficient operation of the facility, and meets the needs of our customers and employees.
OUR HISTORY
Wright's Gymnastics Academy was founded in 1975 in Greenwood, IN. To accommodate the growing pre-school and beginner programs at Wright's, Wright's FUNdamentals was founded in 2009. We dedicated this facility to our little people, and everything a gymnastics based fitness could offer them. More play meant more practice and a love for gymnastics. We saw the development of our youth quickly take off and proceed to found two more Wright's FUNdamentals in 2013 and in 2015. NinjaZone was created in 2015 as was 4,500 sq. ft. of Ninja Training space for our rapidly growing program. Our programs within Wright's Gymnastics and Ninja Zone have developed over the last 50 years and are far and above the leader in mindful, efficient, safe, and productive instruction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Able to recruit, hire, train, and retain a strong team
- Plan and manage the hours and schedules of your employees
- Maintain high student levels within your facility
- Generate income and profit for the business

- Able to coach our gymnastics and ninja programs
