The RoleWe’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to grow our customer base and expand market presence. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being in the field, building relationships, and closing deals.
What You’ll Do- Generate new business through cold calls, site visits, and in-person prospecting
- Build and manage relationships with industrial and commercial clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
- Identify market opportunities and drive strategic growth
- Manage and post daily content on company social media (projects, materials, updates)
- Represent the company at client meetings and industry events
- Experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with outbound outreach and face-to-face prospecting
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Industry experience (recycling, scrap, industrial, or manufacturing) is a plus
