Do you enjoy working with your hands, staying busy, and seeing a finished product come together? Wright Printing is looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our production team as a Screen Printing Press Operator.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in producing high-quality work. Screen printing experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Press Operator, you'll play a key role in producing custom apparel for schools, businesses, churches, sports teams, and organizations throughout our area.
Responsibilities may include:
- Setting up and operating automatic and manual screen printing equipment
- Printing single-color and multi-color apparel orders
- Mixing inks and assisting with color matching
- Adjusting dryer settings based on garment and ink requirements
- Following work orders and production schedules
- Inspecting printed garments to ensure quality standards are met
- Cleaning screens, equipment, and work areas
- Assisting with screen preparation, coating, exposure, and reclaiming
- Working with team members to meet production deadlines

Qualifications
- Screen printing experience preferred, but not required
- Willingness to learn and be trained
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to work overtime during busy seasons if needed
