Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Painter to join our dynamic construction and renovation team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint and coatings, and ensuring high-quality finishes across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your expertise will help transform spaces, enhance aesthetics, and protect surfaces through precise craftsmanship. Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal adhesion and finish quality.
- Apply paint, stains, varnishes, and other coatings using hand tools, brushes, rollers, conventional spray equipment, or airless paint sprayers.
- Follow safety regulations by wearing appropriate respiratory protection and adhering to all safety protocols on construction sites.
- Maintain a clean work environment by properly handling tools such as power tools, hand tools, welding equipment (if applicable), and masonry tools.
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards for quality and safety while meeting client expectations for color matching and visual color comparison.
