Position Summary
The HVAC Helper works under the direction of a lead technician to perform preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and general support on a variety of HVAC systems and related equipment. This position involves physical tasks such as lifting/moving heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working safely in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead technicians with maintenance and repair of HVAC systems
- Perform basic troubleshooting and equipment checks
- Carry tools, materials, and equipment to job sites
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Complete additional duties as assigned
