In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our supply chain—strengthening supplier partnerships, ensuring materials flow seamlessly, and helping keep production running without interruption. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for our supply base while driving efficiency and reliability across purchasing operations.


What You’ll Do

  • Create and issue purchase orders to suppliers with accuracy and timeliness 
  • Review and validate documentation to ensure clear terms, conditions, and compliance 
  • Monitor inventory levels and proactively trigger orders to support production needs 
  • Partner with suppliers and internal teams to identify risks early and implement solutions—especially around potential shortages 
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation 
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding delays, damages, or discrepancies in shipments 
  • Coordinate returns of non-conforming materials and ensure proper credit is received 
  • Share forecasts with suppliers to support planning and continuity 
  • Manage and update supplier data including pricing, lead times, and minimum order quantities (MOQ) 
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with suppliers 
  • Support broader supply chain, purchasing, and inventory initiatives as part of a cross-trained team 

Requirements

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred) 
  • 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing purchasing or supply chain environment 
  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced systems and data skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word 
  • Proven problem-solving ability in fast-paced environments 
  • Experience working in growing or dynamic organizations 
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across teams 
  • Comfort working with engineering drawings, specifications, and supplier technical discussions
