Role Description
Wright Legal PLLC is seeking a full-time Estate Planning and Probate Attorney to join our team in Dallas, TX. This is a Hybrid position. The attorney will draft and review wills, trusts, and estate plans; advise clients on legal strategies for estate planning, succession planning, and probate; and oversee estate administration and trust management. The role also involves conducting legal research, working closely with clients to understand their unique needs, and ensuring legal compliance and precision in documentation. The attorney will be a key player in helping clients secure their legacies and achieve peace of mind.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise and experience in Estate Planning, Estate Law, and Succession Planning
- Knowledge of Probate and Estate Administration processes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and detail-oriented approach to legal research and document review
- Ability to provide compassionate and professional client service
- Juris Doctor degree and active Texas State Bar membership
- Previous experience in estate law or probate is strongly preferred
