Job Description:

The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of all guest rooms and public areas within the hotel. This includes managing a team of housekeeping staff, creating cleaning schedules, ordering supplies, and ensuring that all rooms meet the hotel's standards of cleanliness and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train housekeeping staff
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness
• Create and maintain cleaning schedules
• Order cleaning supplies and equipment
• Handle guest complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Qualifications:
