Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30AM - 4:30PM; occasional overtime and rotational on-call schedule
What You'll Do
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and airflow issues
- Clearly communicate repair options and recommendations to homeowners
- Complete service documentation accurately
- Deliver a professional, customer-focused experience on every call
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of residential HVAC service experience is required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- EPA Certification
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 70 pounds when necessary
- Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions
- Ability to climb step ladders and extension ladders
Salary : $34 - $38
