Lead HVAC Installer | Kent, Ohio | $25-$35 per hour

Work hours: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, some overtime as needed.
Physical Demands:
- Physically able to be on feet 8 hours a day
- Capable of lifting in excess of 70lbs when necessary
- Extreme temperature work environments
- Be able to climb ladders both step ladders and extension ladders.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of HVAC installation experience
- Ability and willingness to mentor helpers
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Exceptional safety knowledge of tools, testing devices, and surroundings
- Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for customers as well as the company
- Possess basic hand tools
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
Salary : $25 - $35
