Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Occasional overtime as needed
Your Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment independently
- Communicate repair options and recommendations clearly with customers
- Provide a professional, clean, and respectful customer experience
- Document completed work accurately through company software
- Identify opportunities for maintenance agreements, indoor air quality solutions, and system replacements
- Maintain an organized, stocked, and clean service vehicle
Qualifications:
- 3 years of HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose electrical systems
- Experience making repair vs. replacement recommendations
- Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams
- Comfortable working independently while staying organized
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Preferred Experience:
- Commercial HVAC equipment troubleshooting
- Air balancing knowledge
- Scissor lift operation
- Trade school or industry certifications
- Experience working with a variety of HVAC systems
- Desire to mentor and support newer technicians
