About the Role
We are a Central Florida litigation firm seeking a Litigation Associate who is admitted to (and in good standing) with The Florida Bar.
What You’ll Do
- Handle a varied civil litigation caseload with an emphasis on construction law and insurance defense (prior experience in any of these is preferred)
- Draft and argue motions, take and defend depositions, manage discovery, and appear at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Conduct high-level legal research and produce clear, persuasive written work
- Collaborate closely with partners and clients, with genuine opportunities for mentorship, responsibility, and growth
What We’re Looking For
- Strong research, writing, and critical-thinking skills
- Professionalism, initiative, and a team mindset
- Florida Bar admission with good standing
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $90,000–$135,000 (based upon qualifications) plus performance bonus and incentives
