Facilities Maintenance Technician

- Posses the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair manufacturing equipment in a timely manner.
- Perform preventative maintenance and unscheduled maintenance with minimal impact on schedules and quotas.
- Identify and perform continuous improvement of maintenance tasks.
- Manage vendors for scheduling of repairs and supplies.
- Maintain maintenance records per SOP.
- Assist in IQ / PQ protocols as required per customer criteria.
- Perform and assist with technical installations and operations of manufacturing equipment.
- Maintain communication with management of active and potential repairs for minimal impact on manufacturing timelines.
- Identify and correct any safety issues.

- 10 yrs. experience in manufacturing, injection molding machinery.
