Construction Laborer
Full-Time
CONSTRUCTION LABORER
Central North Carolina Based Construction Company is looking to fill multiple Construction Labor Positions, which upon employment, can join our team for projects throughout the Southeast US. Being an entry level position, past construction experience is not necessary. Job does require100% Travel from a week at a time, up to several months.

- A work environment focusing on safe and efficient operation in close proximity to heavy equipment
- Placement of geotextile and COIR fabrics for various uses through the site
- Set up steam pump around systems
- Apply seed, straw & soil amendments both by hand and spreader equipment
- Complete any paperwork, documents and/or reports as required.
- Compliance with all company and individual site policies and procedures.
- Maintain safe, clean and orderly jobsites, company vehicles and company equipment.
- May perform other related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation to and from the office or the jobsite.
- Must be able and willing to travel to projects throughout the Southeast US and Texas as needed.
- Flexible work schedule, that allows for overtime and weekend work when needed.
- Able to work in various site conditions at a sustained pace while producing quality work
- Routinely lift 50 lbs. and on occasion, up to 75 lbs.
- Safely ascend and descend heavy equipment unassisted.
- Work for Long Periods (10-hour shifts or longer) through all types of weather conditions and terrain.
- Lift, carry, stand, or walk on uneven, possibly wet/slick, terrain.
