SITE FOREMAN
Central North Carolina Based Construction Company, looking for experienced FOREMAN to join our team for projects throughout the Southeast United States. Responsibilities include managing and directing crews involved in stream and/or wetland restoration projects. A strong background in fine grading using GPS and leadership experience is critical. A Site Foreman oversees the daily tasks, ensuring the project is completed safely, on schedule and within budget expectations.
Salary: $90,000 - $135,000 - Subject To Experience

Responsibilities
- Communicate needs of the projects (Labor, Equipment, & Materials) in timely manner
- Read and understand project Plans and Specifications
- Daily Completion of required reports such as Timesheets, Production, Vehicle/Equipment Inspections, etc
- Ensure the crew follows company and individual site policies and procedures
- Maintain safe, clean and orderly jobsites, company vehicles and company equipment
- Conduct weekly safety meetings with crew
- Ability to effectively respond to and work through ever changing site conditions
- May perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 Years of related experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license
- Ability to use a Computer, iPad and/or a Smart Phone
- GPS Experience (Topcon or Trimble) Preferred
- Must be able and willing to travel to and work in projects throughout the Southeast US and Texas as needed
- Flexible work schedule, that allows for overtime and weekend work when needed
Work Environment/Physical Condition
- Routinely lift 20 lbs and on occasion, up to 75 lbs
- Safely ascend and descend heavy equipment
- Work through all types of weather conditions and terrain
- Lift, carry, stand, or walk on uneven, possibly wet/slick, terrain
