Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions
- Handle incoming calls, correspondence, and recordkeeping
- Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, equipment, and facility operations while adhering to established budgets.
- Support staff with scheduling, coordination, and project tracking
- Coordinate meetings, events, and internal communications
- Provide comprehensive support for contract administration, including submittal coordination through project closeout processes.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in office management, administration, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
