The ideal candidate will be comfortable overseeing the entire operation of the construction site. They should be able to determine and address any risk areas in order to maintain the safety of workers. This candidate should be experienced in communicating project milestones with clients and other parties, and be able to establish a timeline for completion.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operation of construction projects
- Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed
- Communicate project progress with clients and project managers
- Manage subcontractors and construction site organization
Quality Control Manager (QCM)
- Must be CQM-certified (USACE) and have prior healthcare facility experience.
- Oversees all inspection, testing, and documentation processes to ensure compliance with UFC 1-200-01 and ASHE Environment of Care standards.
Site Safety & Health Officer (SSHO)
- For medical environments, must enforce infection prevention barriers and dust/air containment measures consistent with ASHE and CDC ICRA guidelines.
Superintendent
- Must coordinate with the Medical Group Facilities Manager to minimize operational disruptions.
- For ASHE environments, ensures adherence to ICRA Class III/IV containment, negative air pressure, and clean-construction practices.
Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of experience in construction area Strong project management and communications skills
- Ability to read construction documents
- Familiarity with regulatory construction standards
