Duties
- Assist in the installation of custom landscapes and hardscape features including walkways, retaining walls, paver patios, structures, and stonework with precision and attention to detail
- Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to prepare sites, excavate areas, and transport materials
- Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and landscape plans to ensure accurate project execution
- Collaborate with team members on site to ensure projects adhere to safety standards and quality expectations
- Perform site inspections during construction phases to monitor progress and identify potential issues early
Requirements
- Prior experience working in the landscape/hardscape field is highly preferred
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license highly preferred
- Experience operating/maneuvering trucks and trailers preferred
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and landscape plans
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation
- Knowledge of proper planting techniques, leveling, experience with transit/laser levels
- Ability to work together with a diverse team
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina for lifting heavy materials, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
