Position Summary

The Cabinet Assembler is responsible for assembling CNC-machined cabinet components into finished cabinetry, including cabinet boxes, doors, drawers, panels, and face frames. This position requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, work orders, and assembly instructions
  • Assemble CNC-cut cabinet components into finished products according to specifications
  • Measure, align, square, and fasten components with precision
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, drills, drivers, clamps, and other assembly equipment
  • Inspect completed assemblies for quality, fit, finish, and accuracy
  • Make adjustments and corrections as needed to ensure product quality
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
  • Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Technical training or certification in woodworking, cabinetry, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in cabinet assembly, woodworking, millwork, or cabinetry production
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
  • Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Work Environment

  • Manufacturing and woodworking production facility
  • Exposure to machinery, wood dust, and moderate to high noise levels
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided and required at all times
  • Fast-paced production environment focused on quality and efficiency

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, grasping, and lifting
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work safely in a production environment with temperature fluctuations, noise, and dust
