About the Role:
Wright By Your Side In Home Care is looking for a compassionate and dedicated CNA/Caregiver to join our team in Sherwood, AR! This is a weekend position with morning shifts (8a–10a) and evening shifts (7p–9p), for a male patient who is bedbound. Client requires PEG feeding assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
- Assist clients with morning and evening routines during scheduled shift windows
- Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to appropriate staff
- Offer companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Ensure a safe and comfortable home environment for clients
- Document care activities and maintain accurate client records
Requirements:
- Active CNA certification or prior caregiving experience preferred
- Availability on alternating weekends for both morning (8a–10a) and evening (7p–9p) shifts
- Must be able to lift atleast 50 pounds
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine passion for helping others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow a care plan with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Must pass a background check
