Construction Laborer

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Laborer to join our construction team. In this role, you will be a part of various building projects, assisting skilled builders and ensuring that construction tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards. Your energy and attention to detail will contribute directly to the successful delivery of residential new construction and remodel projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while supporting the creation of durable, quality structures.

Duties

• Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, and assembling materials
• Support carpenters with framing, roofing, trim carpentry, metal installation, demo, window/ door installation, flooring, tree work
• Assist with rebar installation and concrete formwork construction
• Perform heavy lifting and manual labor required
• Follow all safety protocols and workplace safety regulations to maintain a secure construction environment

Experience

• Prior experience working on construction sites or in related roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Experience with renovation projects or restoration work is beneficial
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and effectively

Pay: $19.00 - $32.00 per hour
