Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage the vehicle inventory on the lot, ensuring new, used, and customer vehicles are parked neatly and logically
- Verify that all vehicles on display are properly stickered, tagged, and presentable for sale
- Drive, move, and park vehicles safely across the dealership property, including staging cars for the showroom or service drive
- Help maintain the overall cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal of the lot, including removing snow or debris when necessary
- Provide a helping hand to the sales, service, and detail teams with vehicle movement and tracking
Requirements:
- Must have a valid PA driver's license with a clean driving record (required to drive company and customer vehicles)
- Ability to safely operate a wide variety of automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Hardworking, self-motivated, and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a team-focused attitude
- Must be able to pass a standard background check
