We are adding Plumbing Foremen for Riviera Beach area, we are looking for the right person to lead a team.

What You'll Do:
· Coordinates day-to-day on-site plumbing operations, ensuring work aligns with project plans and specifications.
· Reviews blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installations.
· Oversees installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems and fixtures.
· Ensures that all plumbing work meets local and state codes, as well as safety and quality standards.
· Maintains communication with the Project Manager and other trades to ensure project schedule is met.
· Maintain project schedule by monitoring work progress and adjusting as needed
· Communicate with Project Manager regarding material orders, site needs, or potential delays
· Track and report daily progress, labor hours, and material usage.
· Ensure crew safety by enforcing safety protocols and conducting daily toolbox talks.
· Ensure daily cleanup of work areas and maintain a tidy, organized job site.
· Participate in job site meetings and inspections
· Reports incidents, delays, and issues to Project Manager promptly.
· Perform quality checks before inspections or project hand-offs
· Train and mentor apprentices and junior plumbers.
· Ensure smooth communication, daily reporting and look-ahead planning as requested by the Project Manager
· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
· Completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program preferred
· Minimum 5 years of experience in plumbing, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
· OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
Physical Requirements:
· Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods
· Exposure to construction site conditions including weather, heights, and confined spaces
· Use of PPE required at all times
