Summary
As a Line Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing ground support services to arriving and departing aircraft while ensuring exceptional service to crew members and passengers. This position involves direct aircraft handling, fueling, and facility maintenance, contributing to the overall safety and efficiency of our operations.
Responsibilities
- Safely assist with aircraft movement, parking, re-fueling, deicing and storage.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any maintenance issues.
- Conduct fuel quality control, inventory tracking, and disposal procedures.
- Maintain crew vehicles, including regular inspections and cleanliness.
- Perform facility upkeep and maintenance to ensure a safe and professional environment.
- Maintain compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other airport personnel.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on industry standards.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to pilots, crew members, and passengers.
- Promote FBO services and assist with special requests from customers.
- Provide shuttle service for crew and passengers as needed.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid state-issued Driver’s License
- Ability to pass Backround check
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift over 75 pounds
- Prior aviation or customer service experience is a plus, but not required – training provided
