Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly
Obtain customer and vehicle information
Prepare body shop estimate of cost for labor, parts, and materials
Maintain communication with customers and/or insurance companies
Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
Explain all completed work and charges to customers
Requirements
Previous experience as a Body Shop Estimator
Good customer skills
Good communication skills
Some experience in writing profitable estimates
Above average energy level
Personal and professional integrity
Clean and valid driver’s license
Must be willing to submit to a background & driving screen prior to employment
MUST HAVE PA APPRAISER LICENSE
