About The Role
Warehouse Associate
Pay- $17/hr $100 weekly attendance bonus
Schedule- Monday-Friday, 7AM-3:30PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Material Handling: Receive, inspect, and organize raw materials such as wood, hardware, and cabinetry components to ensure they are properly stored and available for production.
- Assembly Support: Assist in the assembly of cabinets by providing support to the production team, including assembling cabinet components, installing hardware, and labeling finished products.
- Quality Control: Ensure that cabinetry products meet quality standards by inspecting parts for defects, ensuring proper alignment and fit, and following all production procedures.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and assist with inventory counts and restocking supplies as necessary.
- Shipping/Receiving: Load and unload materials and finished products; ensure products are securely packaged and ready for shipment to customers.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that tools, parts, and equipment are in good working condition.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment, including using personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members in the production and warehouse departments to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
About You
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
- Previous production, warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience is a plus but not required.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 70lbs).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
