Wrenford Residential is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Agent & Site Coordinator for a multifamily apartment community in Union City, TN. Immediate openings available.
This role focuses on showing apartments to prospective residents and helping coordinate Spanish-speaking contractors and crews on site.
Schedule: Part-time, 15-30 hours per week. Weekends for leasing, on-call weekdays for contractor visits.
Responsibilities:
- Show available apartments and follow up with prospective residents
- Find and contact local Spanish-speaking contractors and crews, and set up quotes and start dates
- Meet contractors at the property, translate the scope of work, and confirm the work gets done
- Message crews on WhatsApp and pass updates to the management team
- Report each tour and each contractor visit
- Keep units show-ready
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and English, spoken and written
- Reliable transportation to the property
- Comfortable calling and messaging people to find and schedule workers
- Comfortable with a smartphone, WhatsApp, and talking with people
- Dependable on weekends
Compensation: Hourly pay based on experience. Leasing incentives may be available. Immediate start for qualified candidates. Training provided.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
