Key Responsibilities
- Advise & Consult: Translate technical vehicle issues into clear, transparent options for the customer using our digital inspection tools (photos/video).
- Communication: Handle phone calls with excellence and professionalism. You are the voice of WrenchTree.
- Follow-Up: utilize our CRM to maintain contact with customers, including personal follow-ups after their visit to ensure total satisfaction.
- Efficiency: Manage workflow between customers and technicians efficiently to ensure promised times are met.
- Values: Uphold our high ethical standards—we never sell what isn't needed.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is required. You should know your way around parts and service.
- Future Leaders: A desire to grow into management as the company expands.

- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using digital inspection software and CRMs.
