Our in-house fleet maintenance team is a key part of ensuring our technicians arrive on time and ready to work. We're looking to expand that team with a skilled Vehicle Lube Technician.
As a Vehicle Lube Technician, you'll be responsible for performing routine maintenance on Parker & Sons’ fleet of light and medium duty service vehicles. This position plays a crucial role in keeping our fleet safe, reliable, and ready to roll. You’ll work full-time, Monday through Friday, with benefits available after 30 days.

- Perform oil and filter changes on company fleet vehicles (gasoline and mid-sized diesel)
- Inspect and top off all essential fluids (coolant, brake, transmission, DEF, etc.)
- Rotate and inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation
- Replace air filters, cabin filters, and wiper blades as needed
- Conduct multi-point inspections and notify the Fleet Supervisor of any safety or mechanical concerns
- Maintain accurate service records and work logs
- Ensure work is completed safely and according to company standards
- Keep the fleet shop clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines
- Support fleet mechanics with general maintenance tasks as needed
- Previous experience as a lube tech or entry-level fleet mechanic preferred
- Knowledge of light-duty vehicles and basic diesel systems
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work in a garage/shop setting
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and a strong team player
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
