Baker Brothers Plumbing, Air & Electric is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to add to our team. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for converting inbound customer inquiries into booked service calls, repair approvals, and system upgrades for plumbing, air conditioning, heating, and electrical services. This role works closely with field technicians, dispatch, and customer service to maximize sales opportunities while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

- Respond to inbound calls, web leads, and follow-ups to convert opportunities into booked jobs or approved services.
- Present plumbing, HVAC, and electrical solutions based on customer needs and technician recommendations.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for repairs, replacements, maintenance plans, and upgrades.
- Follow up on unsold estimates, proposals, and service recommendations.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and conversion goals.
- Deliver a professional and friendly experience with every customer interaction.
- Educate homeowners on available services, financing options, and maintenance programs.
- Address questions, concerns, and objections while guiding customers toward the best solution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with dispatch and field technicians to ensure smooth scheduling and job execution.
- Assist technicians by communicating pricing, options, and approvals with customers.
- Monitor open estimates and service opportunities to ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain knowledge of company promotions, pricing, and service offerings.
- 1-3 years of sales or inside sales experience (home services preferred).
- Strong phone communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, or electrical services preferred but not required.
- Experience using Service Titan or other CRM systems.
