HVAC Technician - QC

Baker Brothers Plumbing, Air & Electric is currently seeking experienced HVAC Quality Control Technicians to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Do I have What it Takes?

• Valid Texas Drivers License with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience with a clean record.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.
• At least 3 years of experience in HVAC service and working knowledge of HVAC codes.
• TDLR and EPA certification required.
• Service Titan experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks on a daily basis
• crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces and on roofs
• Integrity and ability to promote a positive company image.
• Provide exceptional customer service while on the job site.
• Results driven in a high-energy environment with attention to detail.
• Must be able to follow directions and work independently.
  
  

What Will I Do?

• Receive on the job training until you are comfortable in this position.
• Display strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Use your residential service and sales experience to recommend, up-sell and coordinate any additional services needed.
• Troubleshooting skills are a must.
• Travel to customers home as needed and assure complete customer satisfaction when the job is complete.
• Verify that proper installation was completed on HVAC/Plumbing system and assure the customer that the install is up to code.
• Spend time with the customer showing them how to use the system properly.
• Protecting company assets is an absolute must.
• You will be required to maintain confidentiality and protect customer information/data.
