Responsibilities:
What Will I Do?
- Service and repair residential HVAC equipment, including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, and related components
- Perform routine maintenance and seasonal tune-ups to keep systems running efficiently and reliably
- Diagnose HVAC issues and make necessary repairs to restore proper operation
- Replace faulty or worn components such as motors, capacitors, thermostats, and controls
- Inspect systems during service visits to identify potential issues and recommend preventative maintenance when needed
- Communicate findings clearly to homeowners and answer basic questions about system operation and care
- Work closely with dispatch, other technicians, and office staff to complete service calls efficiently
- Follow all safety procedures and ensure work complies with company standards, manufacturer guidelines, and local codes
Do I have What it Takes?
- Must have EPA license.
- Registration as a technician with TDLR is a requirement.
- 2 - 5 years of experience in service, install, maintenance, diagnosing & troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues
- Mechanical aptitude
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to follow directions and work independently
- Type I & II EPA Certification or Universal Certification
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectation
- TDLR Certified
- Service Titan experience preferred.
