Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team in an on-site, full-time role based in Union, NJ. The Sales Representative will work closely with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the kitchen design and purchasing process. Daily responsibilities include providing consultation on kitchen solutions, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of products, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and deliver a great in-store experience.
- Proven sales skills, including the ability to meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to grasp technical product knowledge and an understanding of kitchen design principles.
- Proficiency in using sales or design software is a plus.
- Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or coursework in sales or design are a plus.
