About The Role
Are you an experienced project leader with a background in electrical engineering and a passion for delivering world-class manufacturing solutions? Join Wren Kitchens —one of the fastest-growing kitchen manufacturers globally—as our Engineering Team Project Manager (Electrical Bias) .
In this pivotal role, you'll lead high-value capital projects from concept to completion, delivering innovative, safe, and efficient production solutions within a complex manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage large-scale CAPEX projects ($1M ) from design through installation and final handover
- Interpret electrical schematics to ensure installations meet operational and safety standards
- Coordinate on-site contractors and work closely with Health & Safety teams for compliance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for directors, shareholders, and production teams
- Lead meetings, deliver project updates, and present confidently to executive stakeholders
- Apply expertise in low-voltage (LV) and high-voltage (HV) systems to all stages of the project
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the production facility
- Maintain seamless communication across departments to keep projects aligned and on track
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Office skills for planning, reporting, and project tracking
- Deliver results under tight deadlines while upholding exceptional quality and leadership standards
About You
What
We're Looking For:
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager in a production or manufacturing environment
- Strong electrical background with in-depth knowledge of production line systems and equipment
- Successful track record of managing CAPEX projects valued at $1M or more
- Proficiency in interpreting technical electrical schematics and documentation
- Skilled in leading cross-functional teams and engaging with executive stakeholders
- Excellent time management, leadership, and decision-making capabilities
- Expertise in both LV and HV electrical systems
- Experience working with contractors and ensuring Health & Safety compliance
- Demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement in a manufacturing setting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Microsoft Project
