Job Description

Ensure that food service is properly maintained to meet the needs of the residents while promoting an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and a positive dining experience in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Hillcrest Care Center & The Towers standards.

Essential Duties include but not limited to

• Support & monitoring dietary staff
• Following planned menus
• Ensure food quality
• Food & beverage preparation & service
• Maintaining food safety standards
• Sanitation & cleaning
• Effective communication
