We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge on automotive parts/repairs and provide great customer service.
Duties
- Answering phones with great customer service
- Checking in parts and customers vehicles
- Working up estimates
- Looking up and ordering parts
- Having great communication with the shop technicians
Skills
- Ability to multitask checking in parts, working up estimates, ordering and looking up parts, and good communication with customer and technicians. Pay is based on experience and go up from there.
