About Us:
WrapMaster Global LLC specializes in composite solutions for piping systems used for
structural reinforcement and leak containment. With over 25-years of experience, we provide cuttingedge technologies that help the Oil & Gas Industry avoid shutdowns by offering efficient, cost-effective
repairs for corroded, eroded, and damaged pipes, tanks and vessels.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and test mechanical systems and components to meet project requirements
- Conduct analysis and simulations to ensure optimal performance, safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers and manufacturing teams.
- Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, reports and manuals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during the design and production phases
- Stay updated on industry trends, standards and emerging technologies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field
- Training in mechanical design, analysis and manufacturing
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, materials and manufacturing processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Intermediate to Advance Excel User and ability to create macros
- 0-3 Years of Experience
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with AutoCad, MathCad or SolidWorks
- Working knowledge of Control Systems
