Wrap GFX - Mount Juliet, just outside Nashville

So here’s the deal.

If you’ve ever looked at a company truck wrapped head-to-toe in branding and thought, “yeah, that’s doing something”… that’s literally what we do all day. Vans, box trucks, fleets, you name it. We turn plain vehicles into rolling billboards that actually get seen. Not theory. Real exposure.

And we’re growing. Fast.

Which is why we’re looking for someone who already knows how to sell and is kind of tired of... capped income, small deals, or being boxed into some rigid structure.

Money first, because that’s what you’re really wondering

During the first few weeks (call it a trial, call it a ramp, whatever):

  • $15-18/hour
  • You’re inside the operation, seeing how everything works
  • Learning what actually closes vs what sounds good on paper

Then after that:

  • 10%–12% commission on every deal
  • No ceiling. Seriously.

Typical job lands somewhere around $3k–$8k. Bigger fleet stuff? $20k, $50k, sometimes way more if it’s a rollout.

So, quick math:

  • A handful of deals a month = a few grand in commission
  • Land a solid fleet job and it jumps fast, really fast

It’s not theoretical income. It’s there if you can close.

What you’ll actually be doing (not the corporate version)

At the start, you’re basically in the middle of everything:

  • Phones ringing, leads coming in
  • Jobs moving through the shop
  • Pricing, timelines, how decisions get made

You’re seeing it all. Not in a classroom way. In a “this is how it actually works when things get busy on a Tuesday” way.

Then once you’re in-

You’re building your own pipeline. Calling, emailing, or stopping by businesses if that’s your style. Following up, quoting, and closing. Rinse, repeat. Some days will be smooth. Some days not. That’s sales.

And yeah, you own your book.

Quick reality check

This isn’t:

  • A cozy front desk job
  • Remote
  • Or one of those “wait for inbound leads and call it sales” setups

Also not ideal if you’ve never sold anything before. Just being straight.

Who tends to do well here?

People who’ve already been in it.

Maybe B2B, maybe services, maybe high-ticket stuff—doesn’t matter as much as the fact that you’ve actually had to convince someone to buy something before.

You’re probably:

  • Fine picking up the phone
  • Not weird about talking to business owners
  • A little competitive (or a lot, honestly)
  • Self-directed… like, you don’t need someone checking on you every hour

And you’re local. Nashville or close enough.

Why this isn’t just another sales job

Couple things that stand out, at least from what we’ve seen:

  • You’re selling something businesses actually use, not some abstract service they don’t understand
  • Deal sizes are big enough to matter
  • You’re not thrown in blind - you see how everything works first
  • No cap on income, which sounds cliché, but here it’s real
  • There’s room to carve out your own lane if you stick with it

Applying is simple

Just apply through really.

There’s one question:

Have you ever closed a deal that started from a cold call or outbound outreach?

Answer it straight. No fluff needed.

Last thing

If you’re comfortable in sales and you’ve been looking for something with more upside, this could be a solid move. Maybe even a big one.

If you’re not... honestly, you’ll probably hate it.

Either way, you’ll know pretty quick.
