Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate, based in Greenville, TX, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Associate will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and drive sales. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, maintaining product knowledge, processing transactions, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Qualifications</p>
• Looking for experience in this field of Fleet services/upfitting vehicles from 3 to 5 years.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in sales techniques, customer engagement, and upselling strategies
- Ability to work with Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in retail or sales roles is a plus
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and occasional evenings
