Job Title: Transformer Coil Winder and Assembler
Overview:
Responsible for precisely winding and assembling transformer coils, preparing and setting up winding equipment, and ensuring high quality standards throughout the production process. This role involves operating automated machinery, interpreting technical plans, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace to support the design and manufacturing of transformer coils.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Carry out the winding of transformer coils according to specifications
- Prepare and set up winding equipment prior to operation
- Operate automated winding machinery efficiently
- Use measuring tools to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality
- Read, interpret, and follow technical plans and diagrams
- Clean and maintain the work area to facilitate smooth assembly and winding processes
- Uphold high standards of quality throughout all stages of coil production
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret plans and diagrams
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Physical condition suitable for handling varied loads and repetitive tasks
- Strong concern for quality and precision
- Comfortable working with imperial measurement systems
- Fluency in English (Written and Spoken)
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrates initiative and proactive attitude
