We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic HR Manager to join our team and play a key role in fostering a healthy, empowering, and compassionate workplace.
Position Overview: The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources within our agency, ensuring that all staff-related activities are managed effectively, ethically, and in alignment with our agency’s values and mission. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR functions, with a particular focus on employee well-being, retention, and compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Foster a supportive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes staff engagement and mental well-being.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices that comply with state and federal regulations.
- Support employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance to staff on HR-related matters.
- Administer benefits and compensation ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Ensure staff training and development programs are aligned with the agency’s goals and enhance employee growth.
- Conduct performance evaluations and assist managers with performance management and professional development.
- Maintain confidential employee records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring we attract and hire top talent who align with our values.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resources, preferably within the healthcare or therapeutic services sector.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including those specific to healthcare and social services.
- Proven experience in conflict resolution, performance management, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
