Job Summary
The Business Development Representative position is expected to sell products and services offered by our company to current and future clientele.
Essential Functions
Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.
Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
Maintains detailed reports of sales activities, including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
Attend workshops, meetings, and conferences to engage with potential clients.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience
Moderate level of computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, Adobe Acrobat/PDFs – ability to edit and create, scanning)
Two years of experience in the tech industry, specifically WordPress and website development.
Preferred Education and Experience
Two years of experience in the tech industry. Bonus points if you have experience in website development
Two years’ experience in sales, marketing, public relations, or other related field.
Bachelor’s Degree in business, sales, marketing or other related field.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
